Gary LaDrido is an American investor, sports team owner, and capital markets veteran with over two decades of experience across impact investing with Renewable Advisors and Morgan Stanley respectively.  He founded Redrock Ventures with a mission to invest in frontier companies in space technology, AI, deep tech, quantum, data centers, computing infrastructure, advanced materials and other data-intensive applications.  He is the Founder and Managing Partner of DCB Sports which has invested in TMRW Sports, a media and entertainment company founded by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, Good Good Golf, a next generation golf media and lifestyle platform and the Bay Golf Club, a professional sports team that plays in the TGL, the new tech-infused, indoor golf league.

John Rule is a visionary entrepreneur, capital strategist and active investor backing legendary founders across cleantech, AI, machine learning, infrastructure and other frontier industries.  He is the Founder of Bloom Co. Capital and Bloom Co. Ventures, a stage-agnostic, merchant bank where he specializes in bridging innovation with the capital necessary to transform ambitious ventures into market-defining, market-leading enterprises with lasting impact.  John began his career in real estate and hospitality having developed large scale projects including landmark developments in office, retail, industrial and multifamily.  He later transitioned into capital markets and capital raising where he has become a trusted advisor to a select number of global family offices.

Rohan Nagpaul is a serial entrepreneur and finance focused operator with experience spanning startups, private capital, and alternative investments. He founded his first company at eighteen years old, raising six figures in capital for himself and peers and has since been involved in multiple venture backed businesses, including work at a Y Combinator affiliated startup, and then later going on to found Arcangel.  Rohan has assisted on millions of dollars in capital raises across private companies and alternative assets, developing a strong reputation for execution, investor relations, and deal structuring.  Educated at Babson College concentrating in Finance and Entrepreneurship, Rohan brings a disciplined financial lens to early stage and growth opportunities. He is known for building high impact investor networks, including hosting one of the largest and most notable private yacht events in Boston.  Previously, Rohan served as a volunteer firefighter and has received multiple leadership awards recognizing his ability to operate under pressure and lead teams in high stakes environments.

Kieran Bansal is a biochemist educated at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a multi time founder, and an entrepreneur with multiple patents currently in development. He is the founder of Rauxmont Capital, an alternative investment platform focused on hard to access asset classes including private companies, healthcare innovation, sports properties, art, and culturally significant collectibles. Kieran's scientific training, combined with deep exposure to capital markets, enables him to evaluate opportunities with a rigorous, research driven, and highly analytical approach.  Kieran is deeply embedded within the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem and is committed to supporting differentiated products with the potential for meaningful real world impact. Through strategic capital placement, advisory engagement, and network activation, he facilitates bespoke opportunities for clients seeking exposure to private and high barrier markets.  Kieran's investment philosophy is disciplined, thesis oriented and centered on long term value creation.
